GUARANTEE COVERAGE

• Natura Pillow carries 2 years guarantee from the date of purchased.

• This guarantee does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse or in any way being tampered with.

• This guarantee only covers against manufacturing defects.

• Pillow concaves more than one and a half inch (1 1/2") or greater.

• The guarantee is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.

• Natura reserves the rights and authority to change the terms and conditions from time to time without any notification

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO:

• This guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser, and valid only for residential use. Contract and commercial usages are not covered by this warranty.

• This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any pillow covers.

• Pillow that is stains, soiling, burns or infested with vermin, even if defective.

• If cover and foam is found to be unsanitary condition.

• Natura does not guarantee that this product is suitable for any person's health or medical condition and comfort preference.
